When super rich airline owner Tom Mullin’s (Mel Gibson) son is kidnapped and held for ransom he gets sick of the repeated failure of the police to find him and takes matters into his own hands. His solution is to go on the news with the ransom money in cash and offer it as a reward on the head of the kidnapper.
