Meta Cafe videos are some of the easiest videos from supported sites to embed. All you need to do is copy and paste the URL from your browser into the video URL text box on the No Limit List posting form or using your account manager.
Meta Cafe does offer it's own embed code, but it is full of links and advertising and is not compatible with this site.
DO NOT USE THE META CAFE EMBED CODE! Use only the URL from your browser while visiting the page where the video can be viewed while on Meta Cafe's website also known as the area circled in green below:
